Each of our sculptural candles is conscientiously hand-poured on demand, harnessing eco-conscious, vegan-approved ingredients. Our packaging respects the environment, being either biodegradable or recyclable.

Rest assured, we are firmly against animal testing for any of our ingredients.

COMPONENTS: Pure Soy Wax, Vegan Candle Dye Chips, Organic Cotton Wick.

Given the handmade nature and varying screen displays, anticipate slight deviations in color and appearance.

Vegetable waxes, like the natural premium soy we use, may occasionally exhibit 'frosting'. This crystalline effect symbolizes the wax's purity, striving to revert to its original form. This visual trait doesn't compromise the candle's quality or function.

Colors: At our crafting studio, we pour each candle with dedication, making every hue unique. Variations in shade are part of the charm.

At Pretty Little Lili, our sculptural candles are crafted primarily for decorative purposes. However, if you decide to burn them, please note that burn duration might differ due to their unique shapes and dimensions.

Burning Guidelines:

• Ensure all labels and adornments are removed from the candle before lighting.
• For optimal burn duration, consistently trim the wick to a length of 1/4".
• Ensure your candle remains clear of debris, such as used matches or remnants of the wick.
• Store your candle away from direct sunlight and heat when not in use.
• Always place the candle on a flat, flame-resistant surface, anticipating potential wax overflow.
• Refrain from burning the decorative candle continuously for more than two hours.
• For the safety of the surface beneath, cease use of the candle when only a 1/4'' portion of wax remains.

Safety Measures:

Always monitor a lit candle. Avoid exposure to gusts or disturbances. Ensure it's out of children and pet's reach. Never place a lit candle near flammable objects.

Neglecting these guidelines might result in unexpected burn duration, heat harm, accidents, or fire.

Kindly note that the appearance of 'frosting' is a characteristic of soy wax and is not indicative of a flaw in the candle. It's a testament to the use of natural ingredients and doesn't affect the candle's performance or decorative purposes. Given that every candle is handcrafted with dedication, there might be slight variations in appearance and color, embracing the beauty of artisanal work. For candles with unique shapes, complete and even burning might vary.

Processing: We're dedicated to
ensuring your orders are handled promptly. 'Processing time' refers to the period we require to craft and prepare your candles for dispatch. Typically, it takes anywhere between 1-5 business days, though during peak seasons like holidays, a slight extension might occur. Your understanding is deeply appreciated!

Shipping: We partner with USPS for standard shipments and UPS for specialized deliveries. Once shipped, domestic orders usually reach their destination within 2-10 days, depending on the selected shipping method at time of checkout. For our international order, please be advised that global shipping routes are currently facing occasional delays, our apologies for any inconveniences!
